This was a pretty wild afternoon of shooting with a friend from early 2023. These incredible clouds just lingered over the lake and mountain for ages, and when they finally took on colour, the scene almost seemed to split into two by the peak of the mountain, cold on one side, hot on the other. The stark difference between both halves of the image really struck me – it felt like two completely different images. I had no idea an image could feel cold and hot at the same time, but here we are!
