A wildly dramatic pre-dawn morning under the moon in Canmore, looking at the Three Sisters. This iconic mountain towers over Canmore Alberta, and on this winter trip, we were fortunate enough to see it under a moon-lit sky. This image almost didn’t come together – the cloud was very uncooperative throughout the morning, and the weather was slightly warmer than ideal, meaning we would lose ice gradually. Thankfully, the clouds broke in time for me to capture an incredible moon-set over the mountains.
