This was another happy little accident. I arrived at this location late and had never been there before. I figured this would just be a little explore and nothing more. Following along the trail, I was forced to climb up some boulders on hands and knees and came through this crack in the wall to see a lovely open area behind. As I stood around looking for compositions, I turned back to face the hole in the wall I entered through to see this incredible light. Man, am I happy I turned around!
Southern Ontario’s Niagara Escarpment has lots of these little spots for those who look to find them. And at the right times of year, when the light can actually penetrate into these tight spots, sometimes areas like this can seem almost magical.
