This scene was kind of a weird one. It highlighted some of the diversity of elements in the Auyuittuq National Park – glacial lakes, waterfalls, sand dunes, and boulder fields. Walking through this scene, I was immediately drawn to the ripples and flow in the sand, around the boulders and on to the waterfall. Shortly after this, a Canada goose walked through the scene and ruined the ripples. It was nice while it lasted!
This trip to Baffin Island in the Canadian Arctic was a special one for me. It was my first visit to this location, and it only made me more excited to visit this location further.
